The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Southern markets. - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern India markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies. - Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for his territories.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4/5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Nutraceuticals is a Must. - Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Candidates from Nutraceutical, Health Wellness & Supplements, Ayurveda & Pharma industry should only apply.Salary - Best in Industry & variable component depending on sales targets achievement.Interested candidates please mail your CV's across to - GaneshBhan@
