JD Performance marketing Manager Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for & Manage and optimize paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets. Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness. Manage budgets and forecasting for performance marketing campaigns. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and user experience. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey and user experience across all marketing channels. Key things to look into the candidate Must be from Apparel background and shouldn’t be from mass brand segment or worked on only mass brand from agency’s side. Super premium or Bridge to Luxury brands’ candidates are preferable. Must be driving revenue of above 50 cr from website only (market place sales shouldn’t be considered) and shouldn’t have just joined the company who is at this turnover, should have been part of the journey of building business of 50 cr and above Should have proven track record of achieving ROAS of 4 and above Must have experience of driving business from Google & Meta both along with other affiliate and CRM activities Must have exposure of at least 4-5 years in performance marketing domain at managerial or above level
