Job Title:TelecallerCompany:Real EstateWorking Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM Exp – 3-5 yrs Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 (Negotiable as per exp. )Job Profile:1. Lead Generation: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments. - Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Provide information about real estate properties, services, and offerings.3. Follow-up and Coordination: - Follow up with clients to provide additional information and support as needed. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client management and handover of leads.4. Data Management: - Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.5. Customer Support: - Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns or issues. - Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients daily. - Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain the benefits of real estate investments. - Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients. - Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups with clients. - Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and appointments set.Requirements: - Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Training and development opportunities. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for career growth within the company.
