This is a strategic role responsible for guiding the organization in its digital journey. As we grow in our business and take up new challenges, we want a professional who will drive and guide us to adapt/adopt modern digital technologies that can help us improve efficiencies, scale up operations and importantly improve our service levels to customer .We are looking for a professional with 15+ years of experience and lead E2E digital transformation initiatives at an organization level.Core competencies Required :-- Change management - Collaborating with stakeholders - Leading digital transformation projectsQualification –- B.E / B.tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Computer Science. - SAP knowhow would be an added advantage.Responsibilities: -- Assessing the current state of the organization’s technology, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement - Prepare a roadmap how workflows (procure to pay , order to cash , lead to cash etc) can be digitized to improve efficiencies and service levels to customer. - Managing and optimizing digital tools, platforms, and workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with SAP, BI and functional teams to solve operational and business challenges with the right digital approach. - Key member for implementation of CRM & SAP HANA project - Develop a digital culture in the organization by using smart technology for problem solving. - Use Industry 4.0 concepts to measure, automate and improve process.
