Position Details: Designation:Manager Learning &OD Business Unit:India Formulation Function:Human Resources Location:Mumbai, HORole overview: The incumbent is expected to provide an overall support in designing, implementing and managing learning initiatives to support organisational goals, employee growth and overall effectiveness.Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate organisational change initiatives Design and implement talent/capability development programs for different group of employees Should be able to conduct Training Need Identification and assess effectiveness of training programs Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals Drive a culture of learning and development – Driving Learning through LMS Facilitate talent reviews to ensure levels of capabilities and performance to meet current and future requirements of the business Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys and feedback mechanisms Monitor and analyse key metrics to evaluate the success of OD interventions and adjust strategies as needed Establish partnerships with external training providers and educational institutions to expand learning resourcesDesired Experience and Knowledge: Master’s Degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute, Organisational Psychology 7-10 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge and Skills: In depth understanding of learning theories and adult learning principals Strong stakeholder management skills Analytical and problem solving skills for assessing organisational needs Knowledge about Psychometric Assessment Tools Relevant certification in Learning and OD, Psychometric Assessment, Behavioural Coaching would be an added advantageBehavioural Attributes: Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team Analytical and problem solving skills for assessing organisational needs
