We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our academic team, specializing in the area of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities: Delivering a set number of classes and mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students Assisting with various departmental functions and providing academic support to Professors and faculty members Conducting demonstrations and supervising student-led experiments and investigations Addressing student inquiries during class, as well as through email or phone communication Providing regular feedback to Professors and Department Heads on student performance and progress Participating in departmental and faculty meetings, and contributing constructive ideas for enhancement Structuring lessons with appropriate pacing to foster effective learning and student engagementIf you are passionate about education and meet the required qualifications, we would be delighted to hear from you.
