Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize formulations for tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, soft gels, or other dosage forms. Select appropriate active ingredients, excipients, and delivery systems based on product requirements. Conduct lab-scale experiments and assist in scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing. Perform stability studies, compatibility testing, and analytical evaluations of formulations. Document formulation trials, batch records, and protocols in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with QA/QC, Regulatory, and Production teams for product approval and commercialization. Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and formulation technologies. Troubleshoot formulation issues and modify existing products as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inPharmacy ,Pharmaceutical Sciences ,Chemistry , or related field. 1–5 years of experience in formulation development (nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry preferred). Good knowledge ofGMP ,GLP , and regulatory guidelines (FDA, FSSAI, ICH). Hands-on experience with formulation equipment and analytical instruments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills:Experience innutraceuticals , herbal formulations, or dietary supplements. Familiarity withstability protocols ,dissolution testing , andbioavailability enhancement techniques . Knowledge ofregulatory submissionsand dossier preparation is a plus.
