Job Title:Western Music Trainer (Guitar Teacher)Location:South MumbaiJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Western Music Trainer to join our team. Looking for professionals who are proficient in guitar. The Music Trainer will be responsible for teaching music theory and practical skills to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a music teacher, a deep understanding of various musical styles, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their musical goals.Requirements: A degree in music education or a related field is preferred. An in-depth understanding of the guitar and music theory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. A passion for music education and a desire to help students achieve their musical goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules. Candidate should be comfortable traveling to South Mumbai every day.Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver music lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of individual students. Teach music theory and practical skills including, but not limited to, sight-reading, ear-training, and technique. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that inspires students to learn and grow. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Plan and organise concerts, recitals, and other musical events to showcase student talent. Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
