Location: Delhi NCR (Field Based Role)Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time---About the Role:As a B2B Sales Executive – Hospitality Field, you will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for identifying potential hotel clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales closers. You will build strong relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers by visiting properties and effectively communicating the benefits of our property management software solution.We are looking for someone who is ready to commit long term and grow with the company. This role offers great opportunities to expand into various departments, take on higher responsibilities, and get promoted quickly. Very soon, you can become a Closer and lead a team across India, handling bigger deals and driving the company’s growth.---Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-ground visits to hotels and hospitality businesses within Delhi NCR.Identify and approach hotel owners or key decision-makers.Generate qualified leads by understanding hotel requirements and challenges.Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings for the sales closing team.Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups in CRM.Collaborate closely with remote sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies.Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.Be proactive in learning and preparing for future roles in closing sales and team leadership.---Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in field sales or business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and gain trust quickly.Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.Comfortable traveling within Delhi NCR regularly.High integrity and professionalism.Willingness to commit long-term and grow within the company.---Salary and Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).Incentives: Performance-based bonuses.Travel Allowance.Opportunity for rapid career growth into sales closing and management roles.On-the-job training and development.
