Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) – including UPS systems, inverter backup, and battery energy storage solutions (BESS), ranging from 1kWh to megawatt-scale. This role will also focus on government tendering and institutional sales for lithium battery packs.Key Responsibilities:ü Drive sales for lithium battery-based ESS across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.ü Actively participate in and manage government tenders and institutional procurement opportunities.ü Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, OEMs, system integrators, and government departments.ü Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and technical proposals.ü Utilize your existing network and contacts to generate qualified leads and close deals from Day 1.Requirements:ü 3+ years of proven sales experience in ESS, battery backup, UPS, inverter, or lithium battery sectors.ü Prior exposure to government tendering or institutional sales is highly preferred.ü Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.- ü Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
