Drawing from the legacy of the CMR Group, we nurture lifelong learners equipped to thrive in a dynamic and evolving world.In the 2025-2026 academic year, we are launching Purpose-Based Schools - thematic schools where students develop specialized skills from a young age. The first, Ekya Nava, will focus on Innovation, Creativity, and Design, empowering students to become future technopreneurs, innovators, and changemakers.Position Overview:The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a trusted advisor to the Founder and other executive leadership, managing operations, streamlining communication across the organization, and driving key strategic initiatives. The CoS will work closely with internal teams, coordinate priorities, and help ensure that the organization's goals are being met effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support:- Partner with the Founder and leadership team to drive the execution of company strategies. - Provide strategic advice and insight to support decision-making at the executive level. - Ensure alignment of company priorities and objectives across departments.Project Management & Oversight:- Lead and manage high-priority initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective results. - Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflows. - Coordinate and track progress on key projects and deadlines.Communication & Stakeholder Management:- Serve as a liaison between the Founder and other internal and external stakeholders. - Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. - Ensure clear, timely, and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.Operational Efficiency:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively. - Help manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritize meetings, and handle urgent matters as needed.Leadership & Team Development:- Collaborate with department heads to ensure team alignment with organizational goals. - Provide mentorship and guidance to senior staff and other team members as needed. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the organization.Problem-Solving & Decision Support:- Act as a problem solver for the Founder by researching, analyzing, and recommending solutions to organizational challenges. - Assist in preparing decisions for the Founder by gathering information, conducting analyses, and advising on options.Confidentiality & Strategic Alignment:- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, especially on sensitive issues and executive matters. - Support the Founder in aligning strategic goals and initiatives across the organization.Required Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree from Tier 1 MBA Schools is a plus. - Experience: At least 3-6 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with significant exposure to executive-level decision-making.Skills:- Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations with tact. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential matters. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualities:- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.We would love to hear from you!
