About the Position The job will entail responsibilities in the area of business development, home acquisition and integration. Your focus will be driving regional supply growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships to enhance our portfolio. You will work in tandem with the founders, internal team and external partners. Your aim will be to spearhead the acquisition process in the region from property identification to integration, ensuring each addition aids growth and aligns with the overall vision of the company. You will be expected to do the following: Identify and partner with befitting homes and hosts that align with the vision and standards of Alt Homes. Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors to stay ahead of market shifts and inform the location strategy of the company. Consistently be on a lookout for acquisition and integration opportunities based on extensive market research and driven by the company’s location strategy. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders to secure new properties and retain existing ones. Negotiate contracts and manage the property onboarding process effectively. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth integration of new homes, address retention and ensure efficient grievance management Manage lead documentation and data for seamless tracking of conversions. Required Skills 2-4 years of experience in partner acquisition/business development. Experience in the hospitality industry is a must. Must possess excellent communication skills (English - spoken and written), computer skills like MS Excel. Should be street smart as well as professional in appearance and presentation. Ability to create revenue projections for potential partners and negotiate contracts. Ability to establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders to convert leads and ensure retention. Good analytical skills for data crunching and trend analysis. Ability to work with tight deadlines. A problem solving approach with a persistent attitude.
