EximPe ( is a B2B fintech company enabling Indian businesses to seamlessly receive and send international business payments. We are currently in the process of securing an RBI Payment Aggregator (Cross-Border) license and launching new products , and are expanding our Growth Team. As a growth lead, you will you will manage a Cross Border Payment Product line and be responsible to scale it to potentially a $100Mn GTV Compensation structure : 4-6 LPA + 1 LPA ESOPs Responsibilities : Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire customers and drive business growth. Identify and onboard high ticket customers for export and import payments use-case. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Collaborate with internal teams (ops, compliance, and product) to align goals and enhance customer experience. Monitor category performance, track key metrics including GMV & Revenue and optimize models for better results. Take ownership of one of the categories and drive end-to-end sales. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships role Excellent communication and  negotiation skills. Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.
