About The Role : This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at JS Tech Services located in Chandigarh, India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities : Identify and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels. Pitch JS Tech’s services (Blockchain, Web/App Dev, MLM Software) to startups and SMEs globally. Conduct client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), present service decks, and close deals. Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs. Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting of pipeline status. Nurture long-term relationships for recurring business. Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Software/Tech services sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English (verbal + written); Hindi proficiency. Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM tools. Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain/web3 terminology. Nice to Haves :  An additional advantage if have experience in MLM Qualification Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills Strong communication with national and international clients and negotiation skills Understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry Experience in B2B sales and partnership building Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of successful sales performance
