We’re currently expanding our outreach and looking for enthusiastic Tele Marketers to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain chit fund schemes. Follow up on leads provided through campaigns and referrals. Convince and educate customers about the benefits of our chit plans. Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups using CRM software (if applicable). Handle inbound inquiries from customers and resolve basic queries. Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for appointment scheduling and customer onboarding. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer empathy in every call. Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets. Skills Required: Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic knowledge of chit fund operations is a plus (training will be provided). Confidence, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM, or MS Excel is an advantage. Time management and ability to multitask.
