We are currently scaling our presence in theUSA market , with a strong focus on ISO training course sales. To support this expansion, we are seeking ahighly motivated and confident Telesales Executive based in Indiato join our remote sales team.POSITION SUMMARYThe Telesales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and increasing course registrations for ISO training programs in the USA region. The candidate will be responsible for following up on cold and warm leads, generating new leads from limited information, identifying and speaking to the correct decision-makers, and promoting our training offerings over the phone.This is atarget-driven rolebest suited for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role demandsfluent English communication skills , an understanding ofAmerican accents , and experience withB2B international telesales .KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMakeoutbound tele-sales callsto individuals and organizations in the USA who have been contacted via email or visited our website. Generate leadsindependently by identifying key personnel (e.g., training managers, quality managers, compliance heads) in companies where only general or company-level contact data is available. Conductpre-sales qualificationand determine client interest in ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, FSSC 22000, and other lead auditor/awareness training courses. Clearly and confidently explain course features, pricing, schedules, and how our trainings benefit the client’s professional and organizational goals. Handlesales objectionstactfully and follow up persistently to close the sale or schedule a decision-making call. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM. Prepare and sharedaily sales activity and performance reportswith the reporting officer in Ireland. Joinlive daily check-in meetingsfor performance updates and briefings with the Sales Manager.WORKING HOURS4-hour per day, Monday to Friday. Evening shift (IST)to align with standardUSA working hours(9:30 PM toto 1:30 PM India Time). 100% remote, work-from-home position.TRAINING & ONBOARDINGA comprehensive1-week induction and training programwill be provided, covering: Introduction to Kelmac Group, its mission, and client base Overview of ISO courses and certification types Sales objection handling CRM usage and reporting expectations Client communication etiquette and professionalism Understanding ISO-related terminology relevant to US organizationsYou will receivelive training sessions , access to materials, and mentorship throughout your onboarding.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum1 year of telesales or outbound calling experience , preferably in international B2B or professional training sales Proven ability togenerate leads independentlyand find the right contacts within target companies Excellent spoken and written English witha neutral accent and full comprehension of American speech patterns Ability to confidentlyconverse with decision-makersand senior professionals in a corporate setting Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills High level of personal discipline, punctuality, and ownership over daily tasks Basic knowledge of ISO standards or experience selling educational/certification services is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).PERFORMANCE METRICSNumber of calls made daily Number of qualified leads generated Number of registrations closed or advanced to the sales pipeline Timeliness and accuracy of daily reportingWHAT WE OFFERFlexible work-from-home setup Hands-on training and ongoing support Opportunity to work with a reputed international training provider Career growth opportunities based on performance
