You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. This role involves managing requirements, validating features, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth product experience.Key Responsibilities Analyze and define product requirements from business needs Document user stories, specs, and workflows Manage UAT and validate product features in Jira Collaborate with engineering during development and testing Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms Track and manage feature and defect backlogs Support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups Requirements 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role B.Tech with relevant technical exposure Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git Exposure to UI automation testing (Selenium preferred) Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday) Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Experience with Agile project management
