Event Planning & Conceptualization- Develop event concepts aligned with business goals and audience needs. - Create detailed event plans, including timelines, venues, themes, and structure. - Ensure alignment with branding and marketing strategies.2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Source and negotiate with vendors (venues, catering, AV, décor, etc.). - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. - Oversee contracts and ensure timely service delivery.3. Event Coordination & Execution- Manage logistics, staffing, guest lists, and on-site operations. - Ensure smooth execution of event details, including presentations and tech setups.4. Budget Management & Cost Control- Develop and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. - Negotiate pricing and optimize expenses without compromising quality.5. Marketing & Promotion- Work with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email, and other channels. - Assist in creating promotional materials such as invitations and brochures. - Analyze event success using feedback and data insights.6. On-Site Event Management & Troubleshooting- Supervise event setup and ensure seamless execution. - Address last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues promptly.7. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess event impact. - Provide post-event reports with key performance insights and recommendations.Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event planning and execution. - Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and perform under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Familiarity with event budgeting and ROI analysis. - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in event execution.Why Join us:- Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that is driving innovation in the fintech industry.
