Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, processing orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to execute timely deliveries. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic technical understanding of the company’s product range, which includes lifting gear, wire ropes, slings, anchors, and rigging hardware.Key Responsibilities: Inquiry Management: Receive and review inquiries from various channels (email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, phone calls). Coordinate with senior staff or directors to finalize pricing, product selection, and terms. Quotation Preparation: Create and format sales quotations using SAP Business One and Microsoft Word. Ensure all details—rates, descriptions, lead times, and taxes—are correctly filled in. Send quotations to clients with a proper subject line and SQ number reference. Follow-up & Negotiation: Track quotation follow-ups and customer feedback. Assist in negotiation processes under guidance. Sales Order Processing: Convert approved quotations into sales orders in SAP. Coordinate with accounts for credit approval (for credit clients). Maintain accurate documentation and email trails. Order Coordination & Dispatch: Confirm stock availability with inventory or purchase teams. Arrange dispatch logistics in coordination with the warehouse/logistics department. Ensure clients receive dispatch documents, invoices, and tracking details promptly. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Support customers with technical clarifications (post-training). Documentation: Ensure that proper test certificates, load certificates, and compliance documents are shared with clients as per order requirements.Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial sales (preferably in marine, construction, or oil & gas sector).
