Job Title: Architectural DrafterLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of architectural drawing standards, construction documentation, an eye for design precision and detailing. Working closely with our design and project teams, the drafter will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into comprehensive drawing sets for execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents from concept to execution stages.Translate architectural sketches, models, and design intent into coordinated CAD drawings.Collaborate with project architects and consultants to incorporate structural, MEP, and site coordination inputs into architectural documentation.Maintain and manage drawing standards, file organization, and project documentation in line with office protocols.Create detailed sections, elevations, plans, and joinery details with a strong understanding of materiality and construction techniques.Support the team in preparing submission packages for statutory approvals. client presentations and site execution.Participate in periodic site visits to verify drawing implementation and coordinate any design refinements.Ensure documentation meets applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Civil / Architectural Drafting.5–10 years of experience working in an architecture or design firm.Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; working knowledge of Revit is strongly preferred.Strong command of construction detailing and material documentation.Familiarity with building codes, statutory regulations, and approval processes.Ability to read and coordinate structural, landscape, and MEP drawings.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Communication and coordination skills to work effectively within a collaborative design team.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and portfolio detailing their relevant experience to reachus@
