Key Responsibilities:· Implement, configure, and support Oracle Simphony systems for new and existing clients.· Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Oracle Simphony functionality and integration issues.· Manage system upgrades, patches, and version control to ensure the solution is up-to-date and fully optimized.· Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and develop customized solutions to meet business needs.· Design and implement system configurations, including user profiles, workflows, and reporting.· Conduct system testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).· Provide ongoing support and guidance on best practices for system usage.· Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Symphony implementation and support.· Strong understanding of Oracle Symphony architecture, modules, and integration with other systems.· Experience with hotel management systems and the hospitality industry is a plus.· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.· Experience with Oracle & SQL and database management.
