We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (As a Front Office & Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our organization, creating a lasting first impression for every employee, visitor, and guest who enters our premises. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience at the reception and supporting daily administrative operations with grace and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.Handle front desk operations, including visitor management and guest coordination.Manage meeting room schedules and conference bookings.Maintain records related to visitors, stock of office supplies, and other admin tasks.Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and assistance to the HR and Admin teams.Ensure the reception area is always clean, safe, and presentable.Who We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).2 to 3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or administrative roles.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle unexpected situations calmly.Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and customer service orientation.Note: We are actively looking to enhance workplace diversity and are seeking female candidates for this role, in line with our commitment to inclusive hiring.Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
