Job Summary:The Executive to MD/President will provide strategicsupport in projectexecution, business coordination, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to drive key initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timelydelivery.Coordinate between the MD/President and stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights.Optimize processes, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.Manage schedules, priorities, and confidential documents.Represent the MD/President in meetings when required.Oversee the physical infrastructure of the organization, including office spaces, technology systems, and physical assets.Qualifications & Skills:Master’s in Business, ProjectManagement, or related field.5+ years in projectmanagement, executive support,or strategy.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis.Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Problem-solving mindsetwith strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to work independently, multitasks, and prioritizes effectively.Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
