We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Executive located in Gurugram.Job Location: Sector 37, GurugramWorking: 6 Days a weekThe day-to-day responsibilities and tasks include:Finished Goods warehouse ManagementReceiving and updating inventory to master Finished Goods warehouseAssembling and Dispatching goods to offline storeEnsuring accurate inventory control, by scanning all goods before receiving or dispatchesOrder Processing & Packaging:Daily processing and packaging of customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Website, Myntra, Nykaa etc.).Ensure all orders are packed according to brand standards (folding, tagging, labeling, and quality check).Dispatch Management:Generate invoices and shipping labels via Unicommerce / Logic ERPSchedule pickups with logistics partners (DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.).Coordinate with staff for timely and accurate dispatch.RTO & Returns Handling:Manage Return to Origin (RTO) cases and initiate reshipment or inventory reconciliation.Maintain logs of returned items and communicate with customer support team for resolutions.Inventory Coordination:Track stock movement for incoming and outgoing shipments.Update inventory records in Unicommerce / Logic ERP and other platforms as per actual dispatch.Reports & Documentation:Maintain dispatch reports, daily shipment logs, and courier reconciliation records.Coordinate with accounts and customer service for invoicing and delivery status.Team Coordination:Work under the supervision of the E-commerce Executive and report to the HOD.Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, and courier teams to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications2-3 years of experience in E-commerce warehouse operationsExperience in Logic ERP and UnicommerceExperience in Packing and Inventory ControlStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProximity to office location in Gurugram is preferredGraduate in any field
