Under EdTech + Infotech, For the Educational and Academic Institutions (Schools, Colleges & Universities), Trayee Sciences provides IT SaaS/Cloud-based ERP Solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Business Development Specialist position at Trayee Sciences Private Limited.The role will be based in the following locations with some work from home flexibility.Bengaluru/Chennai/Coimbatore/HyderabadThe Sales Business Development representative will be responsible for complete customer life-cycle management (market research, generating leads, converting prospective clients to customers, technical support, information technology management, troubleshooting, IT service management, providing customer service & achieving customer delight) .Job involves travelling within the assigned territory to serve the customers. This is NOT a role wherein the employee works from an office environment, developing or building IT software solutions. Hybrid role in our context means, predominantly working at Customer site and occasionally working from office (during meetings and trainings)QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Market Research abilitiesStrong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Lead GenerationAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldPrevious experience in Sales /Business developmentTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsInformation Technology and IT Service Management skills.Experience with IT systems and software.Prior experience in positioning SaaS/Cloud-based ERPs to academic institutions would be an added advantage.Candidates with proficiency in English and the regional language of their location is a must.
