Join us and take us to the next level!About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, manage documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer journey from lead to close.Work ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales team and assist with day-to-day operations.Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotes, contracts, and proposals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.Assist in preparing sales reports, performance dashboards, and pipeline tracking.Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.Support lead generation activities such as email campaigns, event coordination, and follow-ups.Skills, Experience & Expertise:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset, with a good grasp of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamInterest in growing and learning about business strategy and operationsMaintaining Data, sheets and drive documents
