The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone and chat.Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery time line of service products, updates on pricing of service watches , update on service scheduleAssist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.Skills & Qualifications:Excellent Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain solutions and respond to customer inquiries professionally.Basic Computer Skills:Skilled in Microsoft OfficeEducation & Experience:Intermediate Pass is Minimum requirement ,Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a bonus.Working Conditions:Full-time position: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PMWork Environment: Office-based at KPHB, Hyderabad.Occasional Weekend Shifts may be required based on business needs.
