Job Title: Senior Creative DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to conceptualize and develop creative designs across diverse product and service categories. Your role will involve crafting compelling visual content for a variety of mediums, including online, offline, and experiential platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from inception to completion, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and is delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Concept Development: Translate brand briefs into creative visual expressions for a wide range of mediums including online platforms, offline materials, and experiential environments.Design Creation: Develop and execute designs for brand identity, social media content, website layouts, landing pages, in-store elements, packaging, digital catalogues, publishing materials, look books, video content, and event collateral.Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with the copy team, present creative concepts directly to clients, and provide expert advice on design trends, styles, formats, and production.Project Management: Ensure that all design projects are completed to the highest quality standards and adhere to established timelines.Media and Tools: Utilize a diverse array of media and graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to achieve impactful results.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field from a reputable institution.Experience: Minimum of 6 years of creative design experience within established advertising or design agencies.Technical Skills: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Proficiency in motion graphics and the application of AI in creative development.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with copy and project management teams.Presentation: Strong capability to design, present, and defend creative work to clients confidently.Typography: Exceptional typography skills with a keen eye for detail and design excellence.
