Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality visual content for digital (Meta, Website, Google) and offline (packaging, pop-ups, brochures) brand needsCreate original graphics, illustrations, Gifs that support brand storytelling and campaignsWork closely with the content, performance, and video teams to bring concepts to life with visual coherenceDevelop creatives, templates, and visual frameworks for scalable design across platformsTranslate brand strategy and campaign ideas into compelling design languagePush creative boundaries while maintaining visual consistencyManage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards What We're Looking For1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, visually demanding design roleGraduate from a reputed design college (NID, Srishti, NIFT, MIT ID, etc.)·       Must have knowledge of typography, typeface, color theory, design composition, colour correction, colour grading, photo retouching, and photo manipulationStrong portfolio that demonstrates a mix of branding, illustration, motion design, and digital workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and other design toolsAn eye for detail and a pulse on visual trends across wellness, fashion, and cultureAbility to take feedback constructively and iterate quicklyA sense of ownership, curiosity, and a love for clean, meaningful design Why You’ll Love It Here:A creative team & culture that encourages bold thinking, experimentation, and growth.Competitive compensation.The chance to create meaningful impact through your work.Freedom to explore, experiment, and grow from your experiences.Bonus if you have:Experience in DTC or wellness-focused brandsKnowledge of video editingExperience working with marketing teams Let’s co-create a brand that looks good, feels right, and moves with purpose.Apply with your portfolio at shweta.rajan@ or DM us @coreasana.yoga
