The UCCE PCCE L2 will be responsible for providing technical support, managing and troubleshooting UCCE and PCCE deployments. Daily tasks will include system monitoring, incident resolution, configuration changes, and performance tuning. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the systems.ResponsibilitiesShould have good 4-8Years experience on Cisco UCCE/PCCE Contact Center Solution.Hands on experience in troubleshooting contact center components (ICM, CUIC, CVP, PG’s, Finesse).Hands on experience in Telephony components (CUCM, Gateway configurations)Hands on experience in Verint (AQM/CR) will be a added advantage.Knowledge/working experience on Windows Server and SQL Database serverExperience with ICM scripting utilizing Script Editor.Understand UCCE Database Schema and ability to use queries against the databases.Hands on experience on Incident & Change management process.Good understanding on ITIL process.Work with OEM for escalated cases.Good Team player and provide periodical knowledge transfer to teams.Should have good verbal and written communication.QualificationsTechnical skills in UCCE and PCCE deployment, management, and troubleshootingExperience with system monitoring and performance tuningUnderstanding of configuration change managementStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teamsAbility to work on-site in ChennaiRelevant certifications or experience in similar roles
