Developing application objects in MECM for deployment and testing.To maintain effective local documentation including standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies for application packaging and OS deployment. To develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Windows, OS deployment and software packaging technologies, including assessing how they may be deployed into existing services or developed into new ones.Identify and select, by agreement and liaison with users, the best method to deploy each piece of software requested taking into consider any current technical limitations. Contribute to the development of the End User Computing infrastructure, particularly relating to applications and image deployment, assisting with the development of technical methodologies, best practice, policies, procedures and associated documentation. Contribute to the ongoing software selection and management, particularly relating to applications and image deployment, best practice, policies, procedures and associated documentation.Liaise with various software suppliers to help develop the service and manage and co-ordinate consultants and contractors working in your area. Be active in ensuring your own continuing professional development and participate in relevant professional activities guidance to other VMware administratorsProficient in Admin Studio/InstallShield. Rich Experience in VB/WMI scripting, PowerShell scripting.Experience in handling Application Packaging for Enterprise Client using InstallShield including custom made packages for client requirements; experience in packaging, deploying and troubleshooting webapps, web configurations, add-ins, drivers; experience of applications related to Firewall, Ports, proxy, drivers, and user components. Sound Knowledge on Windows Installer Technologies - MSI Packaging, Tables, Custom Actions, Standard Actions. Basic knowledge of MSIX packaging Troubleshooting using various tools like FileMon, RegMon, Process Monitor. Process ExplorerKnowledge on creation of Merge modules, Packaging Customization.Good Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows Servers, Windows 7/8/10/11), Registry, File systems, Services packs, Patches, installation and uninstall mechanisms. Customer Coordination and proactively resolving issues in UAT environment. [Break/fix Scenarios] In Depth and proven experience in handling Microsoft 365 client-side applications.Customer Coordination and proactively resolving issues in UAT environment.
