Job Description:Location: Mumbai/BengaluruMode: HybridKey Responsibilities:Identify and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth across Digital Transformation, Product and Services offerings.Design and Develop reusable Business Case Studies and Documents to be leveraged in DiscussionsManage lead-generation initiatives by reaching out to potential clients and building strong engagement with key industry stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers.Conduct regular in-person meetings to maintain relationships and ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and performance goals.Secure new business opportunities while strengthening and retaining existing client relationships for long-term success.Schedule and conduct strategic calls with CXOs to present offerings, understand business needs, and drive successful conversions.Oversee client-side coordination during strategic sessions involving top industry professionals and internal representatives.Oversee client-level account management, ensuring all project timelines, deliverables, and service expectations are consistently met.Key Requirements:6+ years of experience in business consulting, with expertise in IT Products, Services and Staffing SolutionsStrong experience in engaging with senior executives, including CXOs, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Extensive experience in managing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals within the technology solutions sector.Proficiency in developing strategic solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering resultsExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple discussions and client demands effectively.Proven ability to manage long-term B2B client relationships and oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
