You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, high-impact technical training in domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Productivity Tools.This is a remote, full-time position ideal for tech-savvy professionals who are energetic, camera-friendly, and passionate about teaching and creating content for platforms like YouTube. Your focus will be on helping professionals gain practical, job-ready skills that they can immediately apply.The ideal candidate will also be flexible and collaborative, ready to assist in-house teams with technical training, mentorship, and project support when needed.Explore our training modules here: Training Modules SheetKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver live and recorded technical training sessions tailored for working professionals.Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, guides, and assessments.Develop content for different proficiency levels — beginner to advanced.Use modern tools and techniques to boost learner engagement and learning outcomes.Track and evaluate learner progress and performance through assessments and mentorship.Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship to learners.Stay up-to-date with emerging tech trends and integrate them into training content.Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum teams to enhance training quality.Embed real-world use cases, projects, and best practices in training.Create high-quality video content for YouTube and learning platforms, demonstrating a strong on-camera presence.Support internal teams with training sessions, onboarding programs, upskilling workshops, and technical project inputs as needed.Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in technical training, instructional design, or corporate education, preferably in the EdTech space.Strong hands-on experience with:Artificial Intelligence tools & frameworksMachine Learning & Deep LearningGenerative AI, Agentic AI, and libraries like Hugging FacePython programming and SQLPower BI, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to deploy real-world AI/ML solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to simplify complex technical concepts.Experience with professional learning principles and modern e-learning tools.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.Certifications or a Master’s degree in AI/ML/Data Science is a strong plus.Energetic on-camera presence with experience in YouTube content creation and video-based training.Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams and contribute beyond learner delivery.Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience with MOOCs, LMS platforms, or online bootcamps.Background in public speaking or teaching at academic institutions or tech conferences.Familiarity with productivity frameworks like OKRs or GTD.Certification in Instructional Design or Training Delivery.What You’ll GainOpportunity to impact thousands of professionals' careers globally.Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment alongside top-tier professionals.Access to premium courses, AI tools, and cutting-edge learning resources.A remote-first culture focused on performance and innovation.Compensation: ₹10–15 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills)How to ApplyIf you're passionate about teaching, love working with cutting-edge technologies, enjoy being on camera and creating content, and are ready to collaborate across teams, we want to hear from you!Please submit:Your resumeA short introductory video showcasing your training experience, technical expertise, and on-camera presence (YouTube links or Google Drive uploads welcome)
