Job Title: Salesforce FSL Solution LeadExperience: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Field Service Lightning (FSL)Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Madurai (T.N), Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Warangal)Shift Timings: 12:00 Noon – 10:00 PM ISTWork Mode: Hybrid – 3 days in-office per weekProfile SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Salesforce FSL Solution Lead with over a decade of Salesforce development experience, including deep expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Field Service solutions, providing technical direction, stakeholder guidance, and hands-on leadership. This role demands extensive knowledge in Salesforce architecture, FSL mobile capabilities, integrations, and agile delivery models.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce FSL implementations including scoping, design, configuration, and deploymentCustomize and optimize the FSL mobile application, including offline capabilitiesGuide development efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform toolsDefine and manage technical architecture, data models, and integration patternsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goalsEnsure compliance with coding standards, performance best practices, and security requirementsProvide architectural mentorship and leadership to development teamsFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and guide the team through sprint-based developmentRequired Skills (Mandatory)10+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Field Service LightningExpertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related development toolsIn-depth knowledge of the FSL data model, architecture, and functionalityProven experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilitiesProficiency in REST and SOAP APIs for external integrationsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsExperience leading teams and driving solution delivery in complex enterprise environmentsRequired Skills (Good to have)Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning ConsultantExperience integrating Salesforce FSL with ERP or service management systemsFamiliarity with DevOps practices, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelinesBackground in mentoring developers and managing cross-functional technical teams
