Job Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support deal execution, financial analysis, and strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of capital markets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct company, industry, and market research to support transaction strategiesBuild and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch materialsAssist in the preparation of presentations, investment memoranda, and client deliverablesParticipate in due diligence and transaction execution activitiesAnalyze financial statements and key business metrics to assess performance and potentialSupport senior bankers in deal sourcing and relationship managementMaintain databases and support internal reporting and compliance processesCoordinate with legal, compliance, and other external advisors as neededRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred for Associate roles)Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable companies), and Excel skillsProficiency in PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar platformsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environmentTeam-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellencePreferred Qualifications:MBA, CFA Level I/II certification (for Associate roles)Experience in cross-border or sector-specific transactions (e.g., healthcare, tech, energy)Familiarity with M&A deal structuring and regulatory environments
