Our hospital is equipped to handle a wide range of orthopedic conditions and general health concerns.Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Doctor to join our growing medical team at LN Memorial Shivam Ortho & General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in orthopedic practices and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and diseases, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures as needed, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to diagnose orthopedic conditions. - Interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic issues, including fractures, dislocations, ligament injuries, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. - Perform and assist in orthopedic surgical procedures appropriate to experience level and hospital capabilities. - Proficiently manage fractures through both conservative methods (casting, splinting) and surgical interventions. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and rehabilitation planning. - Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures. - Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records for all patients. - Collaborate effectively with other medical staff, including nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Participate in hospital meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education (CME) activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine. - Adhere to all hospital policies, medical ethics, and relevant legal regulations. - Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.Qualifications and Skills:- MBBS degree and a postgraduate degree/diploma in Orthopedics (MS/DNB/D.Ortho) from a recognized institution. - Valid medical license to practice in Rajasthan/India. - 1-2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting. - Fracture Management (Mandatory): Demonstrated expertise in the assessment and management of various types of fractures. - Casting and Splinting (Mandatory): Proficiency in the application of casts, splints, and braces for injury stabilization. - X-Ray Interpretation (Mandatory): Ability to accurately read and interpret X-ray images and other relevant radiological investigations. - Surgical skills appropriate for the experience level. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality. - Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic medical records (if applicable).What We Offer:- A supportive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunity to grow and develop professionally. - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. - The chance to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of the Churu community.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, cover letter, and copies of relevant certifications to Kajal.vador@
