Job Title

 Provide strategic leadership and oversee all academic and operational aspects of the Early Years Programme  Implement and monitor the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) – Early Years framework, aligned with international best practices and inquiry-based learning.  Lead, mentor, and manage the early years teaching team to ensure excellence in teaching and learning outcomes.  Foster a culturally responsive environment, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds of the student body.  Ensure compliance with international and local educational standards, child safety policies, and school protocols.  Collaborate with the PYP Coordinator, curriculum leaders, and school leadership to align goals across the continuum.  Maintain strong engagement with parents through regular communication, workshops, and community events.  Drive school improvement initiatives through research, innovation, and reflective practices in Early Years education. Education Qualification: o A Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education Leadership. o Cambridge Early Years Certification is mandatory. Experience: o Min 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in Early Years or Preschool settings. o Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing an international curriculum in IB PYP (Early Years) and/or Cambridge IGCSE environments. o Experience in international schools and multicultural classrooms. o Preferred experience working overseas or with international communities. o Foreign Nationals with leadership experience in top-tier international schools are highly encouraged to apply. o Strong understanding of the developmental milestones of young children and how to create an environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
