Manager – Sales & Business Development (Wind OEMs)- Domestic/ European Markets/ US MarkettsLocation: Thane, Mumbai |Industry: Wind Energy / Industrial OEMs / Fasteners / Bearings / Machined Components We’re looking for a dynamic and driven professional with a strong background incomponent sales to Wind OEMs .Proven track record in selling wind components to Tier-I companies. Travel: 7-10 days/monthWhat You’ll DoExisting OEMs Maximize business through monthly schedule planning and execution Lead RFQ participation and costing to secure and grow share of business Expand product applications across foundation, nacelle, and other segments Use CRM to track all meetings, opportunities, and pipeline updates New Business Development Identify & approach new OEMs via LinkedIn, networks, exhibitions Convert RFQs to deals through effective costing and negotiation Lead qualification and onboarding of new customers Research & Industry Engagement Map global Wind OEM contacts and initiate outreach Own wind energy exhibition participation (India/Europe) – design to execution Identify global events for increased visibility and lead generation New Product Development Propose 2–3 new products/services annually for existing clients KPIs Meet annual sales targets – current & next FY Grow OEM wallet share and expand product portfolio Deliver measurable pipeline growth through NPD and BD efforts✅What We’re Looking For 8+ years in Sales/BD(at least5 in Wind Energy Components like shafts, Rotor hubs, Forged flanges, Tower flanges, Blade root components, bolts & nuts, gearboxes, couplings, converters etc. Experience with international travel, especially Europe Strong costing, negotiation & CRM skills Engineering background (MBA preferred) Excellent communication and technical understanding of industrial components
