We value the expertise of our international cosmetologists in providing a soothing and affordable beauty experience.Job Summary The Beauty Advisor Trainer is responsible for delivering effective training programs to Beauty Advisors (BAs) to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to represent the brand professionally, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in grooming BAs on product knowledge, selling techniques, grooming standards, and in-store behavior.Key Responsibilities Conduct onboarding and induction training for new Beauty Advisors. Deliver regular product, sales, and customer service training across stores or regions. Coach BAs on brand guidelines, grooming, hygiene, and etiquette. Conduct periodic in-store training sessions and refresher workshops. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance tracking. Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs based on market feedback and performance. Maintain training records, feedback, and attendance. Assist in the development of training materials, modules, and manuals. Ensure BAs stay updated with new launches, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns. Support BAs in achieving individual and store-level sales targets. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty industry trends Ability to motivate and coach frontline staff Confidence in public speaking and presentation Time management and multi-tasking abilities Attention to grooming and personal presentationQualifications & Experience Graduation in any discipline (preferably in cosmetology, beauty, or retail management) Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or Trainer in retail beauty/cosmetics Familiarity with color cosmetics brands is a plus Proficiency in local language(s) and basic EnglishWork Conditions Willingness to travel to different store locations or regions Flexible with working hours as per store or training needs
