CTC: 3.5 LacsRole Overview:The Deputy/Assistant Manager – Marketing will be responsible for driving business through the Channel Partner (CP) network and managing Out-of-Home (OOH) branding initiatives. The role demands a high level of coordination, execution, and analytical ability to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent channel engagement.Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Marketing:- Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners across target markets. - Organize CP meets, site visits, and briefing sessions to maintain partner enthusiasm and alignment. - Ensure regular communication with CPs through newsletters, WhatsApp groups, and CRM tools. - Track CP performance and create incentive programs to boost sales. - Coordinate with Sales for timely support, CP feedback, and lead tracking.Out-of-Home (OOH) Branding:- Plan, execute, and monitor all outdoor branding activities – hoardings, bus shelters, wall wraps, pole kiosks, etc. - Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for OOH planning, printing, installation, and maintenance. - Evaluate site visibility, traffic flow, and strategic positioning for maximum brand impact. - Monitor OOH campaign ROI, negotiate costs, and ensure budget adherence. - Maintain a calendar of OOH activities, ensuring timely refresh and removal as per plan.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). - 3–6 years of relevant experience in real estate, retail, or similar industries. - Strong vendor and partner management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key KPIs:- Number of active CPs onboarded and activated per quarter - Lead conversions and revenue generated via CP channel - Cost-per-lead (CPL) from CPs and OOH media - Brand reach and engagement from OOH campaigns - Timeliness and quality of OOH execution
