Job Location : VadodaraJob Responsibility :Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors to provide goods and services that meet the needs of the organization  Develop and maintain accurate & quote . Should Cost & quotation models for various manufacturing processes, including NPD (New Product Development) and existing products.  Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the organization  Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on factors such as cost, quality, and delivery  Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions  Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services  Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements  Strong negotiation and contract management skills  Experience with supplier evaluation and selection processes  Knowledge of market trends and supplier capabilities  Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Experience in documentation as per IATF standard.Must have skill:Experience of sourcing / purchase / vendor development in Automotive industry Experience of documentation ( DFM / PFMEA / PPAP / APQP) Knowledge of SPC / MSA / 7 QC tools Experience of costing of machining partsRemarks for experience required - preferable in Automotive industry Industry, if any specific requirement-industrial equipment /machinery machine tools Software Skills -SAP QMS requirements - IATF16949 Tools Knowledge-7 QC TOOLS, SPC, MSA Process Knowledge - engineering processes Soft Skills- negotiation technique, sourcing, ISO documentation, communicationAbout us : For more information about us, you can refer our websitehttps:
