Follow us for the latest products and design inspirations.Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, managing sales operations, and driving sales for Mystic Panels and Planks.Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team by following up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing sales activities. Connect with clients on behalf of the sales team, providing product information, updates, and ensuring client needs are met. Monitor and track the progress of field sales personnel, ensuring sales targets and client meetings are scheduled and documented. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately. Coordinate appointments, product presentations, and follow-up meetings with clients. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team. Support after-sales activities, including resolving client concerns and gathering feedback. Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications: Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles, preferably in building materials or import/export. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of wall paneling products or construction materials is a plus.Skills: Customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Good problem-solving skills.
