We combine data-backed insights(with each property analysed across a 91-point checklist), expert guidance, and a zero-risk guarantee to curate only the most relevant properties, making decisions clear and spam-free.What You’ll Do — Core ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Due Diligence- Dissect master plans, floor plans, unit layouts, parking grids, common areas, and circulation for residential projects. - Benchmark every project against building codes, RERA compliance, Vastu considerations, climatology, sustainability norms, and our proprietary “Livability Index.”Anthropometry-Driven Analysis- Translate ergonomic data into clear answers like “Will my furniture fit?” for clients. - Build simple, visual checklists comparing room sizes to human dimensions and lifestyle use-cases.Insight-Ready Content Creation- Turn technical findings into Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, micro-videos, and client reports that non-architects can grasp. - Partner with marketing on the “50 Days of Making You an Informed Home Buyer” content series.Presentation & Client-Facing Support- Join site visits to explain design pros and cons to buyers. - Craft easy-to-read slide decks and infographics for sales teams and CXO-level briefings.Continuous Improvement- Maintain and evolve our micro-market design database (Excel/Sheets; Power BI a plus). - Spot market-wide design flaws and feed insights into product, advisory, and negotiation playbooks.The kind of person we’re looking for :- Early-career architect: B.Arch + 0–2 yrs hands-on in residential real estate. - Analytical hawk: spots plan flaws instantly; fluent in Sheets/Excel. - Storyteller: turns technical jargon into buyer-friendly insights and clear decks. - Content-savvy: comfortable whipping up content on Canva/PowerPoint/Figma/Photoshop - Startup-ready: high ownership, learns fast, thrives amid ambiguity. - Buyer-obsessed: Every decision starts with “How does this help the client?” - Tools: Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD - Has worked on designing as per the Mumbai by-laws.Why Join Us?You’ll shape decisions on multi-crore home purchases, see your insights influence real families, and grow alongside ex-IIT/ISB founders obsessed with transparency and excellence.
