Analytical & Data Skills § Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, portfolio risk, and customer behavior. § Advanced Excel / SQL / Python / R: Proficiency in tools for data manipulation and reporting. § Dashboarding & Reporting: Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. 2. Credit Risk Understanding § Knowledge of credit lifecycle, including originations, early warning systems, delinquency buckets (DPD), and recovery. § Understanding of risk segmentation and how it impacts collections strategy. 3. Strategy Development § Ability to design and optimize collections workflows, segmentation strategies, and treatment paths (e.g., calls, SMS, legal, field visits). § Experience in champion-challenger testing and performance tracking of different collections interventions.Key Responsibilities · Design and execute end-to-end collections strategies across delinquency stages (early, mid, late, charge-off). · Develop and optimize segmentation models to tailor collection efforts by risk profile and behavior. · Monitor performance metrics (e.g., cure rates, roll rates, recovery rates) and provide actionable insights. · Collaborate with data science, product, operations, and legal teams to implement and refine strategies. · Use data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.) to analyze portfolio trends and campaign effectiveness. · Recommend and test treatment paths, including outreach channels (email, SMS, IVR, phone), payment plans, and settlement offers. · Ensure strategies align with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. · Prepare presentations and dashboards to communicate results and strategy performance to senior leadership
