We undertake Construction of Medium & large Industrial projects with PEB and allied infrastructure including plot development & Roads, Commercial & Institutional Buildings, Bungalow-Farm House projects with Interiors & Landscape - on turn-key basis, in and around Pune & Maharashtra. We also undertake, Heavy fabrication & erection projects and Retrofitting contracts for the rejuvenation or structural strengthening of the old Industrial, commercial structures or Infrastructural projects. With an emphasis on quality, timely execution, and safety, we seek to build value through excellence in every endeavor.Qualifications & Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Computer proficiency (MS Office, AutoCAD essential; knowledge of STAAD Pro, Revit, or similar tools preferred) Completion of a Project Management course (preferred) 8–12 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, preferably in Industrial and Infrastructural projects.Key Responsibilities: ➤Project Planning & Execution: Full-site responsibility for planning, monitoring, budgeting, execution, and timely completion with adherence to quality and safety. Define tasks, resource requirements, and manage allocation effectively. Ensure project scope, scheduling, and organizing of all operational aspects. ➤Contract & Vendor Management: Study tender documents and finalize subcontractors and vendors. Negotiate and manage contracts to meet cost and time goals. ➤Technical & Financial Oversight: Independently manage costing, budgeting, value engineering, and execution. Ensure accurate estimation and tracking of financials throughout the project lifecycle. ➤Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update the Director and client with status reports, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate project staff, subcontractors, and consultants for seamless operations. Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders and resolve escalated issues. ➤Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project documentation, including legal paperwork, progress reports, and quality logs. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory standards.Skills Required: Strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams on-site Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-handling skills Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and familiarity with engineering software (STAAD Pro, Revit or Equivalent.) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, site-based environmentsWhy Join Us?
