Pre-requisite- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Very good Knowledge of Companies Act, Indian GAAP and Indian regulations, Indian Audit nd IGAAP is must. - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - English: Fluent, written and spokenExperience / Background- 4-8 years of Experience in Reporting & Auditing - Should have BIG 4 Audit experience & Retail Apparel - Prepared Financial statements - Handled Audits independently - Proven experience in financial analysis, Auditing - Knowledge & Experience of SAP applicationMain responsibilities and specific duties- Prepare periodic financial reports, Month end closing activities and ICFR controls - Prepare cash flow forecasts - Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems - Manage Accounts Payable & Analytical review of company - Manage Intercompany Accounts and payments - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements - Communication and coordination with internal and external auditorsLocation- GurgaonBudget- 20-24 LPAExp- 3-7 Years, Should have BIG 4 Audit experience & Retail Apparel, Indian Audit nd IGAAP is must.
