About the CompanyWe are hiring for Vice President for Identity and Access Management and MFA Implementation.About the RoleHe will implement the design created by Architect, Technical and hands-on skill on maintaining MFA platform.Responsibilities- Implement Unix Scripting - Delivering Hands-on and work in a team - MFA Tools Expertise (One of Below) - Hands-on experience with: - - Cisco DUO - RSA SecurID - Microsoft Authenticator - - Proven track record of successful MFA migrations. - Deep understanding of identity protocols: - - SAML - OAuth - OpenID Connect - - System Design & Integration - - Design secure, scalable MFA solutions. - Integrate MFA into enterprise systems and applications. - - Policy & Compliance - - Develop and enforce MFA policies. - Ensure compliance with industry security standards and financial regulations.-Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.Required Skills- Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements. - Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, with a demonstrated track record of successful migrations. - Strong knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise security frameworks. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.Pay range and compensation packageLocation: MumbaiEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.```
