Achieving ambitious goals, including acquiring50+ clients annuallyand managing5,000+ open positionsglobally. Drivingtop revenue generationacross industries.Key Responsibilities: 1. Global Client Acquisition: Identify and targetpotential clientsacross India, Europe, the USA, and Gulf regions. Develop and executeregion-specific sales plansto achieve annual client acquisition targets. 2. Revenue Generation: Establish newglobal accountsand convert them intohigh-revenueclients. Driveconsistent international revenue growthby exceeding sales objectives. 3. Account Management: Build and nurturelong-term client relationships , ensuring satisfaction and retention. Serve as atrusted advisor , effectively managing client needs across markets. 4. Master Service Agreements (MSAs): Leadnegotiationsand execute MSAs with international clients, ensuring policy compliance. Seamlessly onboard clients and manage contractsacross diverse locations . 5. Position Management: Collaborate withrecruitment teamsto oversee1,000+ open positionsglobally. Optimize fulfillment processes to align withclient expectations and regional demands . 6. Market Research & Strategy: Conductin-depth market analysisto identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implementregion-specific strategiesfor staffing and consulting. 7. Team Collaboration: Work closely withcross-functional teamsto ensurequality service deliveryinternationally. Provideglobal sales metrics, client feedback, and strategic insightsto senior management.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degreein a related field. Proven global salesexperience within staffing and consulting, across multiple regions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills. Ability toacquire new clients globallyand convert accounts intohigh-value revenue generators .
