The role demands deep functional expertiseacross Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning &Development, HR Operations & Automation, and Strategic HR.Key Responsibilities:1.Talent Acquisition: Drive agile and scalable recruitment strategies to attract quality talent in volume-driven or digital-first environments Build partnerships with external agencies, campuses, and digital platforms to expandthe talent pool Champion diversity hiring and workforce planning aligned with seasonal/tech-drivendemands2.Talent Management & Employee Engagement: Develop frameworks for performance management, career growth, and successionplanning Design engagement strategies tailored to frontline employees Use data-driven insights to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity3.Learning & Development: Identify functional and behavioral competency gaps across varied employee groups(sales, operations, tech) Deploy scalable training programs (both in-person and digital) to upskill employees Foster a continuous learning culture, leveraging modern L&D platforms and internalSMEs4.HR Operations & Automation: Lead HR tech transformation through implementation and optimization of HRMS,ATS, and other tools Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR operational excellence Standardize and digitize HR processes across geographies and departments5.Strategic HR &Leadership Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, offering insights on organizationaleffectiveness, workforce design, and culture shaping Drive change management initiatives in response to business shifts (e.g., digitalexpansion, rapid scaling) Develop policies and programs to support innovation, agility, and resilienceSkill & Qualification required: Proven experience in managing HR functions in Manufacturing sector. Strong leadership presence, stakeholder influence, and decision-making skills High adaptability to fast-evolving, matrixed business environments Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR technologies, and complianceframeworksInterested?
