We specialize in delivering innovative and robust solutions for infrastructure and industrial projects across India.Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Structural Designer (M.Tech in Structures) with expertise in steel structure design, bridge structures, and earthquake-resistant designs. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using STAAD Pro, performing complex load calculations, and applying seismic design codes.Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze complex steel structures including bridges and large-span trusses. Conduct structural assessments using STAAD Pro and related software tools. Perform accurate load and stress calculations, including seismic/earthquake analysis. Prepare structural drawings, BOQs, technical reports, and detailed documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, IRC standards, and international design guidelines. Work closely with architects, project teams, and site engineers for design implementation. Review and approve fabrication drawings and resolve design discrepancies during execution.Required Skills & Qualifications: M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a recognized institute. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in steel structural design. Strong command of STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools. In-depth knowledge of bridge structure design, load calculations, and earthquake load analysis. Familiarity with national and international structural design codes and standards. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple design projects independently.Salary Upto 15 LPA
